Sunshine home: New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Cameron Diaz looked excited as they chat to a realtor outside the home they viewed in the Sunset Islands area of Miami Beach earlier today


They may have only been together for a little under a year, but it looks like things are getting serious between Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez.

Earlier today, the couple went for a spot of house hunting together in Miami Beach, Florida where they toured a $5.35 million property in the exclusive Sunset Island area.

Wearing a casual black and white striped playsuit and flip flops, Cameron, 38, seemed to be enjoying looking at plush pads in the sunshine state.

And her 35-year-old boyfriend seemed focussed on talking to their realtor about property details.

The couple are said to have looked around the 5,000 sq ft, waterfront mansion, which boasts a large pool, six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Miami is just the latest stop for the jet-setting couple.

Over the last few months they have been to Hawaii, London and Paris.

Alex, a baseball player for the New York Yankees, clearly enjoys spending time in Florida, and already owns a home on the exclusive Star Island off Miami Beach - also home to Gloria Estefan and Sylvester Stallone.

Just two days ago, they were seen enjoying the surf in Miami before jetting to Arlington, Texas for the Super Bowl.

During the game, which saw the Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25, television cameras caught loved-up Cameron feeding popcorn to her man.

But clearly they couldn't stay away from Florida, arriving back yesterday, with Cameron strolling through the airport in a tight white T-shirt and sunglasses.
