Alicia Keys' fresh material is said to be called 'Doesn't Mean Anything' and will be sent to radio at the end of this month.
News flying on the web suggests that Alicia Keys' new single called "Doesn't Mean Anything" will get airplay debut on September 30. The song is widely believed to serve as the lead single from her new album which is yet to be titled.
Earlier this month, Alicia's longtime producing partners Kerry "Krucial" Brothers wrote on his Twitter that there is a chance the singer will unveil the new track this month after the gala ceremony of 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Hours later however, he took down the post for unknown reason.
Alicia Keys indeed is confirmed to sing at the awards on September 13. But instead of singing her own song, she will collaborate with Jay-Z and deliver one of the rapper's new singles "Empire State of Mind" which is taken from his newly-released album "The Blueprint 3".
