Miss California USA 2011:

Because Alyssa Campanella was crowned Miss USA 2011, Katherine Blair will be crowned the new Miss California USA 2011 on June 25 at ICON Lounge 1248 South Figueroa in Los Angeles, CA. Katherine was the first runner-up of Miss California USA 2011. Katherine Blair is 23 year old and will serve the term until Miss California USA 2012 be crowned.

Miss Bulgaria:

Miss Bulgaria (Bulgarian: Мис България, Mis Balgariya) is an annual national beauty contest held in Bulgaria and initially established in the late 1920s, then discontinued during World War II and the Communist rule of Bulgaria to be reestablished in 1990.

The winner of the pageant goes to Miss World and the first runner-up qualify for Miss Universe.

Miss Universe 2011:

Miss Universe 2011, the 60th anniversary of the Miss Universe pageant, will be held at Credicard Hall,in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011. Ximena Navarrete of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event.

 

Miss World 2011:

Miss World 2011, the 61st edition of the Miss World pageant is scheduled to take place on November 6, 2011 in London. Alexandria Mills of the United States will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Road to Miss Brazil Universe 2011:

Representing the city of Marília, 22-year old model Rafaela Butareli was crowned Miss Sao Paulo Universe 2011 during an event held at the América Latina Memorial in Sao Paulo.

 

The 1.78 m beauty who is a nursing student, was elected one of the 10 semifinalists by votes emmited through sms and internet. The 1st runner-up was Araraquara (Mariana Silvestre)and the 2nd runner-up was Mairipora (Nathalia Bernardes).

 
Butareli will now compete in the Miss Brazil Universe pageant to be held on 23rd July. The winner will be the host contestant during the Miss Universe 2011 finals to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil in September.

María Verónica Vargas Granja (1989) is an Ecuadorian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss World Ecuador 2011 and will represent her country in the 2011 Miss World pageant.

 

Vargas is taking a bachelor's degree in journalist at Universidad de Eloy Alfaro de Manta and speaks Spanish and English. She enjoys reading and she was Nereida de la Armada del Ecuador.

 
Vargas, who stands 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) tall, competed as the representative of Guayas, one of 19 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Miss Ecuador 2011, broadcast live on March 17, 2011 from Santo Domingo, where she obtained the Miss Photogenic award and became the eventual the 1st Runner-up, gaining the right to represent Ecuador in Miss World 2011.

As the official representative of her country to the 2011 Miss World pageant, broadcast live from unknow place, Verónica will vie to succeed current Miss World titleholder, Alexandria Mills of United States.

Jennifer Reoch of Glasgow was crowned Miss Scotland 2011 at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on June 2, 2011. Jennifer is 22 year old and stands 1.80m. She will represent Scotland in Miss World 2011 Pageant in UK. The first runner-up was Sara McLean and the second runner-up was Layla Ferguson.

“This is the most wonderful moment of my entire life. I’m thrilled beyond words. I can’t believe it. This is like a dream come true. I can’t believe it’s me, I’m so overwhelmed and excited. I’ll work hard to do Scotland proud,” Jennifer Reoch said after being crowned.
