Just days ago she came crashing down to earth after losing her balance in a pair of ridiculous platform boots.
But the humiliating fall at London's Heathrow airport hasn't put Lady Gaga off wearing extreme footwear.
The Poker Face singer was spotted wearing another vertiginous pair of Noritaka Tatehana shoes, this time in white, as she flew out of the country today.
And she risked being tripped up yet again as she walked through the terminal in a long tulle skirt, which made her look like something of a bridezilla.
She also wore a red jacket over a white bra and while the peculiar ensemble may be considered outrageous on anyone else, it's what fans have come to expect from the star.
The 24-year-old has spent the better part of two years crafting an eccentric public persona.
She is causing a consternation in America after her appearance on a new cover of Rolling Stone magazine clad in nothing but a machine-gun bra.

Speaking about her avant-garde image, Lady Gaga admits in the interview: ‘When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl, then I say, "... you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today".’
So invested is she in her onstage persona, for the sake of her fans, Lady Gaga says she won't even hydrate during a performance.
‘I don't even drink water onstage in front of anybody, because I want them to focus on the fantasy of the music,’ she confessed.
