The win comes after Les and Sam Scadding and a syndicate from Liverpool each took home £45.5million jackpots in November last year

A lucky UK ticket holder has not yet come forward to claim a £26.1million prize after sharing the Euromillions jackpot with another ticket holder in France.

The £26,151,124.20 winning amount from last night's draw is the fourth biggest Euromillions prize in British lottery history.

It comes after Les and Sam Scadding from South Wales and a syndicate from Liverpool each took home £45.5 million jackpots in November last year.

The latest winning UK ticket has the numbers 11, 26, 29, 49, and 50.

A National Lottery spokesman said today: 'We are delighted to have another huge Euromillions winner here in the UK, following so closely to last November's record breaking jackpot winners.

'We have plenty of champagne on ice and look forward to welcoming the ticket holder into the millionaires' club.

'Over 2,350 people have become a millionaire across the 15 years of the National Lottery and players have, to date, raised a massive £24 billion for good causes.'

The ticket holder was being advised to call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000 to register a claim.

A National Lottery winners adviser will then liaise with the winner and, subject to validation, the prize could be paid out when the banks open on Monday.

The winner could then decide whether or not to go public with their news.

The second-largest prize of £35.4million was won by Angela Kelly, of Glasgow, in August 2007.

The third highest winner, who collected £26.5million, also in August 2007, opted to remain anonymous.
