Michelle Heaton has had her weighty ups and downs. But a new career as a fitness trainer and a goal to complete the London Marathon has seen her gain a new lease of life.
The 30-year-old paraded her enviable bikini body on a break in Miami with fiancé Hugh Hanley.
Sporting a lilac halternecked bikini, Michelle's hard work could clearly be seen as she showed off her slim but muscular frame.
The former Liberty X singer is running the London Marathon as part of Virgin multi-millionaire Richard Branson's team alongside Jenni Falconer and Strictly Come Dancing runner up Ricky Whittle.
And feeling the heat she took time to cool off underneath the shower poolside.
But as she plans her wedding to businessman Hugh, she revealed that she may not stay in such good shape for much longer.
A clearly smitten Michelle told OK! magazine: 'I am totally ready for kids. I am in love with Hugh and he has made me a better person.

'I'm more confident, more self-assured. I and so happy. I am not looking for anything else in life. I love our little home in Dublin. '
Plans for the big day have yet to be finalised but Michelle is deciding between two glamorous options.
She told OK!: 'We have two options. A quiet wedding in New York with some close friends and family or on a beach in Hawaii - just the two of us.
'It's not all about a big extravaganza, we just want to be happy. The wedding isn't for anyone except us.''
Michelle, 28, split from husband Andy Scott-Lee, 28, in June 2008.
